Automatic and Manual Shot Blasting
The 24 m automatic shot blasting line processes large cross-section parts with 3 m width and 1.5 m height capacity under controlled conditions. Parts outside the automatic line are handled in the manual blasting area; post-welding and pre-paint surface preparation runs within the integrated production flow.

Request a QuoteWe offer automatic shot blasting up to 24 m part length, 3 m width and 1.5 m height. Oversized parts beyond the automatic line can be processed by manual blasting.
The automatic line delivers repeatable, controlled surface preparation for parts up to 24 m × 3 m × 1.5 m. Larger or off-line geometries are processed flexibly in the manual blasting area.
Incoming inspection, masking, abrasive selection, blasting, cleaning, profile verification and final surface examination are completed in a traceable workflow. Critical dimensions and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production.
A drawing or part dimensions, material grade, current surface condition, target cleanliness grade, quantity and delivery date are sufficient for evaluation.
Yes. Surface preparation after welding and before painting can be planned within the same production infrastructure; parts can transfer directly to the paint process.
