Industrial operations began with mechanical cutting and bending services for flat steel products. The foundations laid in this period became the first step towards today’s integrated manufacturing approach — from cutting and bending to welding and dispatch — and towards the steel service centre vision.
With the establishment of Telefoncular Metal, our organisation took the decision to professionalise. To meet growing industrial demand, we standardised our processes, strengthened customer relationships and built a structure based on long-term partnerships.
Telefoncular Çelik was brought into the group. Work was completed to operate a 15,000 m² production site. Steps were taken to specialise in high-strength steels, and the company became a sought-after brand in national and international markets.
The national stock network for imported high-strength steels was expanded; cutting and bending services were delivered in line with customer projects, using the company’s technology and skills. By adapting to changing industry dynamics, we grew our supply capability and processing capacity at the same time.
The innovation process began with Telefoncular Metal. Under Chairman Önder ÇINAR, operations started as a steel service centre with a 15,000 m² facility, 100 specialist staff and an annual flat-steel processing capacity of 30,000 tonnes.
In 2020, the company’s two factories were brought together under one roof in order to provide more professional engineering services, raise production capacity substantially and serve you with a stronger stock network. Planning, production and logistics coordination from a single point became possible.
In 2027, we brought all of our operations together under one roof on a 40,000-square-metre site, taking our production capacity, operational efficiency and service quality further. With our modern production infrastructure and integrated working system, we set out to manage engineering, manufacturing and logistics from a single centre and to offer our customers stronger, more sustainable solutions.
